These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.noorumeniseeds.com (the "Website") and any purchase made from ("we", "us", "our"), whether placed through the Website or via WhatsApp. By browsing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing under the supervision of an adult, to place an order on the Website. When you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, images and prices accurately. However, product images (including those sourced for illustrative purposes) are representative and actual packaging, variety appearance or seed count may vary slightly. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order arising from such error, and will inform you and issue a refund where an online payment has already been made.

3. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order on the Website is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, where a product is out of stock, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where delivery to your location is not possible. A contract of sale is formed only when we confirm your order (by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or order-status update), not merely upon submission of the order or payment.

4. Orders via WhatsApp

Where enabled, you may place an order by messaging us directly on WhatsApp. Orders placed this way are subject to the same Terms as orders placed through the Website, including our Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. An order is considered confirmed only once we have verified the product, quantity, delivery address and payment method with you over WhatsApp.

5. Payments

We accept payment through the methods displayed to you at checkout, which may include secure online payment (cards, UPI, net-banking or wallets via our payment gateway partner) and, where available, Cash on Delivery (COD). By choosing an online payment method, you confirm that the payment details provided are your own and authorised for use. See our Privacy Policy for how payment information is handled.

6. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery timelines, charges and coverage are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including the name and logo, text, graphics, product descriptions and layout — is owned by or licensed to and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any part of the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including loss of crop yield, loss of profit, or business interruption — arising from the use of our products or Website. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order. 10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold , its employees and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Website, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kerala, India.

12. Changes to These Terms
